Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice ("Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notice must include:

2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

3. Adequate contact information, including your name, postal address, telephone number, and if available, email address.

4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.

5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where the Website may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who provided the DMCA Notice.

The DMCA allows us to restore removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action within ten business days of receiving a copy of your Counter-Notice.
