Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the Nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to accurately describe each item and provide measurements within the item description. Please Note that vintage and used items may have visual imperfections resulting from normal wear and tear. We are available to answer any questions that you have, or feel free to make an appointment to see the item in person before purchasing. Please verify that the item will work with your application before making your purchase.


Returns, Exchanges, Changes, and Cancellations

We do not accept returns for any reason. Why? It’s not because we want to be unfair; It’s because we sell one of a kind Custom Vintage and Used furniture that has been painted to fit your décor. It difficult for us to resell a piece of furniture that has been customized to your liking.  We are not a large corporation such as pottery barn, ikea, or Walmart- who buy mass manufactured goods and are able to force the original manufacture or furniture picker to take the items back that you no longer want (Yes this is what happens when you return something to the store, especially large corporate stores.) We employee a small team of people who pour hours of labor into your piece(s) and that labor money paid to them cannot be recouped. Measurements and pictures are available on all furniture listings, if you are unsure and need more pictures please email or text us at to make an appointment to see the furniture in person at 214.566.5118.




We will only accept exchanges for NON-CUSTOMIZED pieces that are still in our warehouse and have not shipped or have been picked up. What this means, is that if you purchase a raw or already painted dresser, and have anything about it changed- the color of the hardware, the color of the paint, etc – It is not available to be exchanged.

Order Changes:

In the event you want to change a recently placed order, please contact us. If we have already made changes to the piece, additional changes will result in additional labor charges. If you would like to change a paint color, after we have already purchased your paint- Its not an issue, but you will have to pay for the new paint as well. If you want, we will give you the excess / unused paint as its not returnable to our supplier once it has been mixed. We are reasonable, but keep in mind that if labor has been performed on your order- that money has been paid out to our employees and they aren’t fans of working for free 😊


We will accept order cancellations for NON-CUSTOMIZED orders that have not yet left our facility.  If you purchase a dresser in our house white color, and then your car engine explodes while you are driving to pick It up- No Worries we will cancel and refund your purchase. If you Purchase a dresser, have it painted another color or altered by any means, or it has already left our facility for delivery, we are unable to cancel and refund your order.
